Try to shop at Southern Exposure whenever I go to the beach. It is my favorite woman's store at the beach. Great deals and I like the quality of the clothing. I get compliments from my friends and coworkers all the time.
My first, last, and only time to ever shop there. Went in to look at jewelry to go with an outfit I didn't have with me. I was looking at a watch and couldn't quite decide if I wanted it. The two ladies working there were trying to help and give their input. I told them I wasn't quite sure it would go with my outfit. Instead of telling me there was a no return policy on jewelry, and to make sure I like it, they let me purchase it. When I tried to return it today, they said it says on the receipt non returnable. That is such poor Customer Service and a poor policy to actually let someone purchase a piece of jewelry when they could see I wasn't even sure of it, when they knew I would be stuck with it. How could they not tell a customer, the item I wasn't sure about, would not be able to be returned? Unbelievable!
I went here to looking for some casual men's clothing and I had a fantastic expierience. The customer service was great as they helped me find what I was looking for. Great expierience overall.
