I agree with the other renter. John and Nancy were not respectful or accommodating. To start things off; they were bizarre about providing a copy of the lease for me to review before hand. They required $700 down before they would let my family see what we were signing up for. Very bizarre.
We have used Klieinstuber's for over 30 years. We have always been pleased with the service and attention that we receive. I recommend them whole heartedly!
The kitchen appliances and the cabinets were coated in grimy, greasy dust and filled with someone else's food.
The furniture was severely worn, stained and dirty.
ater may years of vacationing in fenwick island my wife and i can only say each has been enhanced by john and nancy. each house we have stayed in has been as advertised. any major issues (although none come to mind) have been handled. i have no idea what house was rented by jim, but all of ours were fine.

Amenities listed on the rental sheet were incorrect.
Real estate office. We rented a vacation house for. Week.
On top of that; the house was a mess. Ants were everywhere. Floors were not clean. We were not allowed to put the AC below 74 degrees. And they did nothing to resolve these issues. I can't imagine that they will be in business much longer because of how they treat their customers, care for their rental properties and also because sites like vrbo exist. Stay away from this place. They are the worst.
Layers of dust everywhere-in the vents, on the radiators, on the furniture.
The refrigerator was layered in mold and rust both inside and out.
Carpets weren't vacuumed and badly stained.
Stay away from this place. Both John and Nancy's respectful, accommodating and courteous behavior ends once your check is cashed.
The house was filthy.
I rented a house from Kleinstuber. Being from out of town, I only had pictures and the listing to go from in making my decision to rent the house.
Despite all of these issues, Kleinstuber did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to resolve.
